By attending the E-zevis Marketplace Mobile App Ceremonial Event organized by Shenaza Technologies, Inc. at the British Council Auditorium in Accra, Ghana, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Assumption of Risk:

    Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and liabilities associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that may arise during or because of attending the event

  2. Release of Liability:

    Attendees release Shenaza Technologies, Inc., its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from attending the event

  3. Responsibility for Personal Belongings:

    Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables brought to the event. Shenaza Technologies, Inc. shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property

  4. Photography and Recording:

    By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or informational purposes. Shenaza Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to use such materials without further approval or compensation

  5. Event Changes or Cancellation:

    Shenaza Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or content without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, Shenaza Technologies, Inc. will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by attendees

  6. Code of Conduct:

    Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during the event. Shenaza Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to remove any attendee engaging in disruptive behavior without liability

  7. Health and Safety:

    Attendees are responsible for adhering to any health and safety protocols or guidelines communicated by Shenaza Technologies, Inc. during the event. Shenaza Technologies, Inc. is not liable for any health-related issues arising from attending the event

  8. Indemnification:

    Attendees agree to indemnify and hold Shenaza Technologies, Inc. harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their actions or conduct at the event

  9. Governing Law:

    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA

  10. Acceptance of Terms:

    Attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
